The schedule has been set, allowing students to submit their exam forms between September 9 and October 18, 2024, without any late fee. This annual process is crucial for ensuring that students are registered in time for their exams, and missing the deadline could result in additional penalties. Whether you're a student or a school official, it's essential to stay informed and take action as soon as possible.
Important Submission Details for Matric Exam Forms
According to the Board Chairman, all schools affiliated with the government, municipal corporation, or health department are eligible to submit exam forms for Science and General Group (Regular) students free of charge. These students can avoid exam fees as they are exempt from paying. To ensure proper submission, the forms must be sent to the Board’s Accounts Section and must be accompanied by a photocopy of the practical questionnaire, which is provided by the Practical Section. This process allows schools and students to efficiently submit their forms without hassle while ensuring all required documents are in order.
Private Students and Exam Form Submission Process
Private students can simply receive exam forms at approved banks or board office booths. Once the forms are collected, they must be verified by the relevant section before being submitted to the Board. For educational institutions affiliated with the Board, exam forms can be collected from National Bank, Askari Commercial Bank, United Bank Limited, or any of the Board Office Booths. This streamlined process ensures that all students can efficiently complete their submissions without any delays.
