The Punjab government announced a special program to help smart and hardworking students by giving them scholarships.
To qualify, students need to have scored at least 60% marks in their exams from both high school and intermediate levels in 2023.
Students can apply for the scholarship through the Punjab Education Endowment Fund (PEEF) until January 31, 2024. They can easily send their requests using the internet.
This program also helps kids who are orphans or have special needs. It makes sure that everyone gets a chance to benefit from the scholarship.
Furthermore, kids whose parents work for the government and are in grades 1 to 4, earning less than Rs. 60,000 a month, can also apply for this chance.
Kids from different backgrounds, like those in minority groups acknowledged by the Department of Human Rights and Minority Affairs, are welcome to apply. This helps make sure everyone gets a chance for educational help, making things more diverse.
Also, this scholarship program helps kids whose parents lost their lives because of terrorism.
The Punjab government wants to help lots of different kids go after their dreams in school. They're welcoming all kinds of students to join and reach for their academic goals.
