At a big meeting with the Provincial Admission Committee (PAC), they said yes to a new rule about how much money private medical colleges in Punjab can collect for fees.
The meeting took place at the University of Health Sciences. Ali Jan, who works with the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department, was in charge.

Now, students don't need to pay money to the University of Health Sciences (UHS). The PAC (People in Charge) made this decision to make it easier for students to pay.
Also, it's been decided that if students don't choose to make their study better after getting into college, they'll pay all the money directly to their colleges.
On the flip side, private medical schools that want to charge students the complete fee must follow a new promise. They have to follow the rules of the UHS about giving money back and moving it to another place
Colleges must, by law, give back all the money to students who decide to leave or go to a different school within a week, and they can't take any of it away.
Institutes that don't follow these rules will get in big trouble, and they might have to go to court.
